Weatherproof Socket

The Weathersocket is the only outdoor socket box made from Glass Reinforced Polyester. The GRP material gives the enclosure an increased life expectancy of 25+ years UV life. This material is also corrosion-resistant, flame-retardant, and extremely durable. Weatherproof rated IP66, this enclosure is water-tight when in use. The inserts are threaded and interchangeable: convert an insert from M20 to M25, no drill needed! For back-entry connections, use any of the three cable entries found at the back of the enclosure. The Weatherproof socket box is moulded with mounting holes in place, keeping the IP level intact by providing external mounting points. The box is padlock-able for increased safety in high-traffic and child-friendly areas. Both models come with a 2 gang 13A socket.
